ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment:
We offer diagnostic assessments to determine if an individual meets the criteria for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). We provide these assessments for children or adults. An assessment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is beneficial because it provides an increased understanding of the diagnosis for the individual, as well as identifying practical coping skills, and improved school or work performance.
This assessment will evaluate attentional and behavioral factors, as well as impulsivity/hyperactivity. A review of childhood history and current presentation will also be undertaken as it pertains to these factors. The assessment will consist of a combination of clinical interviews, administration of standardized rating scales, and observational data. The findings of the assessment will be discussed during a feedback session and a list of recommendations is included in the report. A copy of the assessment report will be made available to each client.
